This policy explains what GaffarIndia collects when you shop with us, why, and what choices you have. It applies to gaffarindia.com and gaffarindia.in.
We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it: your email address (which is how you sign in), the phone number you give us for delivery, your name if you provide one, the delivery addresses you save, your order history, your GaffarCash wallet ledger, your referral code and attributions, and your notification history.
Your cart, appearance preference, saved addresses and shopping preferences are also kept in your own browser so they survive a refresh. Privacy & security lists exactly what this device stores and clears it in one tap.
We never store a password — sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password on your account to lose. We never store your card or bank details: UPI payments are completed inside your own UPI app, and Cash on Delivery is settled directly with the courier at your doorstep.
To place, pack, ship and track your orders; to show you order status and courier updates; to run your GaffarCash wallet and referral rewards; to respond when you contact support; and to send order- and account-related messages (and, where you have opted in, marketing and cart-reminder emails — manageable any time from Communication preferences).
Your delivery address and phone number are shared with the courier partner carrying your parcel, because delivery is impossible without them. Order details relevant to fulfilment are shared with the seller who is fulfilling that order. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
GaffarIndia uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and measure how the site performs — not third-party advertising trackers. See Privacy & security for the full, real list of what is stored on this device.

GaffarIndia is not directed at children, and accounts are gated on a working email address capable of receiving a one-time code.
