GaffarIndia ships PAN-India through our courier partners. This page explains how delivery estimates, tracking and shipping charges work.
We deliver across India. Serviceability and estimated delivery time for a specific order depend on the destination pincode and the courier partner assigned to it.
The delivery estimate shown on a product page, in the cart, and in the header is computed from your saved delivery address's pincode. It is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual delivery can vary with courier load, weather, local restrictions and other events outside our control.
Once a parcel is picked up by the courier, its order screen in Your orders shows the courier's own live status and AWB tracking number. Until pickup, the order honestly reads "Not shipped yet" rather than inventing a movement that has not happened.
Shipping fees, when they apply, are shown as their own line item in Bill details before you place the order. There is no charge added after checkout.
If an order is delayed well beyond its estimate, or the courier reports a failed delivery, open the order from Your orders or reach us via Contact us. Refund eligibility for delayed or undelivered orders is covered in our Refund & Return Policy.
