These terms govern your use of GaffarIndia to browse and buy phone and tech accessories. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
GaffarIndia is a marketplace for phone and tech accessories serving both retail buyers and resellers, carrying Delhi's Gaffar Market catalogue online with verified sellers, wholesale pricing and genuine stock.
An account is personal to the email address it is registered against and is opened with a one-time code sent to that email — there is no password to set. Sharing your sign-in code gives whoever holds it full access to your orders, addresses and GaffarCash balance, so keep it private. You confirm the delivery details you enter are accurate and that you can receive the parcel at that address.
Prices shown depend on the buyer type set on your account: Retail shows retail pricing; switching to Reseller shows wholesale rates, with bulk quantity breaks applying automatically as quantity increases. Prices, offers and stock can change until the moment an order is placed — your order confirmation is the binding record of what you paid.
Product listings, imagery and descriptions come from our catalogue and our sellers. Where a manufacturer changes packaging or specification without notice, the item shipped is the current version of that product.
We accept UPI (completed inside your own UPI app) and Cash on Delivery. There is no storage of card or bank details on GaffarIndia. Shipping fees, when they apply, are shown as their own line in Bill details before you place the order — nothing is added after checkout.

GaffarIndia hosts independent, verified sellers alongside its own catalogue. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and for fulfilling orders placed against them; GaffarIndia's marketplace tools and buyer protections (order tracking, refunds, GaffarCash) apply the same way regardless of which seller fulfils an order.
The GaffarIndia name, logo and app design belong to GaffarIndia. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for genuine listing purposes only.
We work to keep listings, pricing and delivery estimates accurate, but delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier partner and destination pincode. GaffarIndia is not liable for delays or losses outside its reasonable control (for example, courier network disruption or force majeure events).
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
